TWO NEW CD Releases:
Buckner's
fifth solo CD, Contexts is released
on the mutablemusic
label.
Contexts features solo improvisations, and improvisatory
duos with Borah Bergman on piano, David Darling on
cello, and a quartet with Earl Howard on electronics and saxophone,
Gustavo Aguilar on percussion, and Wu Man
on pipa. This CD was recorded live and features a fantastic synergetic chemistry
between friends and collaborators.
